How long does a detail take?
A basic detail typically takes 1.5-2 hours. A full detail takes
2.5-3.5 hours, and a premium detail can take 3-5 hours depending on
the condition of your vehicle.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
You only need to be home at the very start to let us in and show us
any special areas. After that, you're free to run errands, go to
work, or watch a movie! We'll text you when your car is done and
ready to go.
What if it rains?
We can work in light rain, but for heavy rain we may need to
reschedule. We'll contact you the morning of your appointment to
confirm if weather is a concern.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically book 2-5 days in advance. However, we may have earlier
availability. It's best to book as soon as you know your preferred
date. We confirm all appointments within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit/debit cards. Payment is
collected after the detail is complete and you're satisfied with the
results.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! We're not happy unless you're happy. If you're not satisfied
with any aspect of our work, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction
is our top priority.
